UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED OR DEPICTED HEREON, THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF OCCUPATION ALONG THE PERIMETER LINES OF THE SUBJECT TRACT. ALL SURVEY MONUMENTS SET OR FOUND THIS SURVEY ARE FLUSH WITH EXISTING GRADE UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. SAID WEST CARMEL COMMONS PLATS PROVIDE TWO ACCESS EASEMENTS WHICH CROSS LOT 1A AND ADJOIN THE EAST LINE OF THE SURVEYED PROPERTY. AS A RESULT OF THE ABOVE OBSERVATIONS IT IS IN MY OPINION THAT THE UNCERTAINTIES IN THE LOCATION OF THE LINES AND CORNERS ESTABLISHED ON THIS SURVEY ARE AS FOLLOWS: DUE TO VARIANCES IN REFERENCE MONUMENTS: NONE DUE TO DISCREPANCIES IN THE RECORD DESCRIPTIONS: NONE DUE TO INCONSISTENCIES IN LINES OF OCCUPATION: 1.1 FEET OF NORTH-SOUTH UNCERTAINTY DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THE CHAIN LINK FENCE WHICH RUNS ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF THE SURVEYED PROPERTY.
