The nature, size and location of utilities shown on this plat are per plans and/or locations provided by the respective utility companies or their representatives together with field observation as further noted hereon. The topographic data was gathered using standard radial surveying techniques with an electronic total station and data collector and/or using a Global Positioning System (GPS). Contours are plotted based upon interpolation of spot elevations shown hereon and are accurate to generally within one half contour interval. The field work for this survey was performed on July 23, 2021. The user of this topographic survey is cautioned to consider that all natural surfaces are subject to vertical movement due to the effects of environmental and mechanical factors on soil properties. The spot elevations and the interpolated contour lines depicted hereon are representative of the surface of the site on the date(s) the field survey was performed. Changes in surface elevations varying up to 0.5 feet after the date of the survey may be possible without any obvious visible indications. Therefore, it is recommended that the surface elevations of this site be verified prior to construction and that any significant discrepancies be reported to the engineer for evaluation.
