ProposedConditions Theonsiteimprovementsconsistofanew5,719sfhome,ƉŽŽůĂŶĚĚĞĐŬĂƌĞĂ͕drivewayand stormwaterimprovements.Theoffsiteimprovementsconsistoftheconversionofthestone alleytoasphaltpavement.Toaddresstheadditionalrunofffromthelargerhometheowner planstoinstallatotalϰϬϲlinearfeetofperforated12”undergrounddetentionpiping.The perforatedHDPEpipewilldraintoastoneenvelopconsistingofapproximately40%voidspace. Thesystemwillprovideanapproximateϵϱϱcubicfeetofstorageandfunctiontoattenuatethe 10yrand100yeardevelopedstormpeakrunoffrates.TheprovidedcalculationƐconfirmthat theproposeddevelopmentshouldnotgeneratepeakdischargeswhichwouldexceedthe existingrates.Thefollowingtableoutlinesthepreandpostreleaserates.
