The Landlord and I have reviewed the renderings of sign and approve the
sign.
Please see attached old site plan. This is all we have on file. The current
landlord purchased the building a little over a year ago and was not
provided a site plan.

Good Morning,
I went out last weekend to verify the size of the space over your door and
with 38"h x 24' wide, we feel the 20" overall height is going to look too
small in the space. 26" h for the overall height of the 2 lines stays within
the 70% height allowed. Please see the revised proof and rendering and let
me know what you think. If it works for you I can send the revised estimate
for approval.
