The site is located at 1424 W. Carmel Drive. It is zoned B- 2/Business and is not located within any overlay zone. APPROVED with Condition: PZ-2022-00120 ADLS Amend: Meijer EV Charging Station • Meijer works with the Carmel Urban Forester to come into compliance with the approved landscape plan for the overall site. In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
