RE: Docket No. PZ-2022-00010 ADLS Amend: Tom Wood Subaru Annex
Dear Mr. Gibson,
The Carmel Planning Department took the following administrative action regarding design approval for a building
renovation which removes part of the building (about 4,000 sq. ft.) and gives it a new, updated façade to match the
existing Subaru dealership to the west. The site is located at 3400 E. 96th Street. It is zoned B-3/Business and is not
located in any overlay district.
APPROVED: PZ-2022-00010 ADLS Amend: Tom Wood Subaru Annex
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
