RE: Docket No. PZ-2021-00213 ADLS Amend: ClusterTruck at Kroger
Dear Ms. Bentz Williams,
The Carmel Planning Department took the following administrative action regarding design approval for a new wall sign
(west façade) and delivery driver queuing lane at the rear (east) of the building. The site is located at 1217 Rangeline
Road. It is zoned B-8/Business and is located in the Rangeline Road Overlay District.
APPROVED: PZ-2021-00213 ADLS Amend: ClusterTruck at Kroger
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
