REGARDLESS OF SPECIFIC INFORMATION NOTED HERE AND ON NEW WORK PLANS, THE CONTRACTORS SHALL PATCH ANY DEMOLISHED AREAS AS REQUIRED FOR "AS NEW" FINAL APPEARANCE, IF NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY DIRECTED ON NEW WORK PLANS AND / OR IN THE SPECIFICATIONS. VERIFY FINISH INFORMATION FOR ANY SUCH WORK WITH THE ARCHITECT PRIOR TO STARTING. C.
