GENERAL UNIT NOTES
1. ELECTRICAL LOAD CENTERS IN UNITS ARE TO BE 48” TO TOP
BREAKER FROM FINISHED FLOOR.
2. TO MAINTAIN FIRE AND SOUND RATINGS OF SHARED UNIT WALLS
USE DEVICE BOXES RATED FOR APPLICATION (E.G. ALLIED
MOULDED FIBERGLASS BOX). ALTERNATIVELY, SPACE BOXES ON
OPPOSING SIDES 24” APART OR USE PUTTY PADS TO MAINTAIN FIRE
AND SOUND RATINGS.
3. VERIFY WASHING MACHINE AND CLOTHES DRYER LOCATION WITH
M.C. PRIOR TO ROUGH IN.
4. VERIFY ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS AND
LOCATIONS WITH M.C. PRIOR TO ROUGH IN.
5. PROVIDE (1) 20A 120V G.F.C.I. PROTECTED RECEPTACLE WITHIN 25'
OF ALL EXTERIOR MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT. USE "IN-USE" STYLE
WEATHER PROOF COVERS IDENTIFIED AS "EXTRA-DUTY". USE
EXTERIOR RATED RECEPTACLES.
1 PROVIDE CIRCUIT, DISCONNECT (IF REQUIRED) AND
CONNECTION FOR ELECTRIC FURNACE.
2 PROVIDE CIRCUIT, DISCONNECT AND CONNECTION FOR WATER
HEATER.
3 PROVIDE SWITCH UNDER SINK FOR DISPOSAL.
4 PROVIDE CIRCUIT, DISCONNECT AND CONNECTION FOR A/C.
