Hollibaugh, Director L E T T E R of G R A N T July 26, 2022 Tony Halsey Kite Realty Group 30 South Meridian Street, Suite 1100 Indianapolis, IN 46204 Re: BZA Docket No. PZ-2022-00122 V: Rangeline Crossing Sign Height Variance Dear Mr. Halsey: At the meeting held on Monday, July 25, 2022, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 1342 / 1392 S. Rangeline Road: APPROVED: Docket No. PZ-2022-00122 V, Development Standards Variance approval for: Maximum 6’ tall ground sign allowed, 8’ height granted. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is July 25, 2025. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
