Re: BZA Docket No. PZ-2020-00088 SE - Larson Short Term Residential Rental.
Dear Ms. Larson:
At the meeting held Monday, July 25, 2022, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Special Exception (SE) filed by you for the property located at 377
Patricia Court (Woodland Springs Subdivision, Lot 377):
APPROVED WITH CONDITION: PZ-2020-00088 SE - Larson Short Term Residential Rental is
approved with the following Condition:
• That the Petitioner/homeowner is present when short term rental guests stay, and that there
are no more than four (4) guests per rental period.
Please be advised that per Article 5.72.D of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned
Special Exception approval is valid for one (1) year. The expiration date of the approval is July 25, 2023.
