HOWEVER, this was incorrect. SNL verified that the correct street number should be 9855, with Bill Akers on 3/21/06. This info was then emailedtoJ.Chinook and J. Peck. The number was also updated on the application. ****** CONDITION OF ISSUANCE OF C/O: Builder was made aware at submittal mtg of the following: --The Commerce Drive extension mayor may not have occurred by the time this project is complete. Depending on the status of the extension at the time of the initial final site inspection, the Dept. of Community Services may issue either a Temporary C/O for completion of the site and a second final site inspection once the temporary access road/drive is removed; or, a full C/O may be issued, if it is found that the extension is far enough delayed to reasonably issue a temporary C/O.
