Meridian Street, Suite 505 Indianapolis, IN 46204 Re: Baby Tracts lots. 20-21 - St. Mary & St. Mark Cootic Orthodox Church - 05090019 SUA & 05090020- 05090022 V Dear Mr. Esptein: At the meeting held Monday, April 24, 2006, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Special Use Amendment (SUA) and Development Standard Variance (V) applications filed by you for the property located at 800 E. 1101h Street: APPROVED: Docket No. 050090019 SUA Special Use Amendment for special use expansion. APPROVED: Docket Nos. 05090020 SU through 05090022 V Development Standard Variances for parking in front yard, no parking lot curbing, and over 35% lot coverage, with the CONDITION that the landscape plan meets the approval of Scott Brewer, the Urban Forester. Please be advised that per Section 21.02.07: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, any person to whom a Special Use or Special Exception is granted by the Board, under the procedures set forth in this chapter, shall have commenced continuous construction of said Special Use or Special Exception or implemented said Special Use or Special Exception within one year of the date of the granting of the approval or said approval shall become null and void. The expiration date of the approval is April 24, 2007. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approvals must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
