Separate checks, made out to The City of Carmel, for each would be appreciated, since they go to different funds. Remember, a representative for the petitioner must be present and speak at the meeting April 24, 6 pm. This property is ~ ~ zoned R3, a residential district. As per ~23E.04 & 23E.07 of the Carmel Zoning" Ordinance the creation of the parking lot requires approval from the City of Carmel. Additionally, the parking area shall be curbed, landscaped and proper drainage achieved. Enclosed please find the sections of the Ordinance that pertain to this issue. Please contact Jon Dobosiewicz, Planning Administrator, at (317) 571-2417 for more information and the process for applying for the Special Use Amendment.
