The City of Carmel is responsible for enforcement of building codes, zoning ordinances, and similar codes or ordinances related to the residential and commercial development in the City of Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana. Presented below is information about the site, as requested:
1. The current zoning classification for the subject property is I-1/Industrial . 2. Adjacent property zoning designation: North: I-1/Industrial . South: I-1/Industrial .
East: I-1/Industrial . West: I-1/Industrial .
3. Development Standards This property currently has no violations regarding lot area, lot width, lot coverage, minimum setback requirements, or maximum height. The number of required parking spaces is determined by property use.
Currently with a general office use, this parcel meets the parking space requirement as this lot shares parking with other lots located within the Park Northwestern Industrial Park/Park Northwestern Subdivision. To the best of my knowledge, there are no open zoning violations and the property is in compliance with the applicable zoning ordinance.
