He will get back with me at the end of next week.' --VERBAL NOTICE FROM J.Blanchard on 4/18/06 that Morris Hensley has reviewed and released these applications. Blanchard confirmed this by a call to Hensley, and then gave permit applications to front office for release. This permit is valid only if construction commences within one (I) year of the date of issuance of the State Commercial Design Release. All construction must be completed (CIO issued) within two (2) years of the issuance date.
