Docket No. PZ-2022-00135 V UDO Section 2.08 Maximum 18' tall accessory structure allowed, 19' height requested. Project Description: There is no HOA that would hinder this design plan and layout as submitted. The owner tried to get this project approved many years ago with a Renter that did not approve of his plan and the board denied. This Renter is no longer living in the area and the other adjacent neighbors appear to be fine with the proposed build. The subject site backs up to Interstate 465. We are requesting the variances listed above.
