I am the attorney for the applicant, Jennifer Butts, who filed a Use Variance Application with the City of Carmel/Clay Township Board of Zoning Appeals for property located at 540 West Smokey Row Road in Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana. 2. On Tuesday, April 4, 2006, I served or caused to be served by one of my staff the plans associated with the Use Variance Application, via e-mail, hand delivery, and First Class United States Mail, postage prepaid. 3.
