The undersigned, on behalf of the Susan Max Tintera Trust ("Owner"), is the owner of a parcel of real estate that
is identified per the records of the Hamilton County, Indiana Auditor's office as Tax Parcel Identification Numbor 17-14-
07-03-09-012-000 (the "Real Estate"), hereby consents to, authorizes and joins in the filing of an application by Estridge
Development Management, LLC ("Applicant") seeking rezone approval of the Deal Estate before certain bodies of the
City of Carmel, including but not limited to, the City of Carmel Plan Commission and City of Carmel Common Council,
in order to develop the Real Estate for a residential community (the "Application"), In addition, if the Applicant
determines that other approvals may be required or deemed necessary for the development of the Beal Estate, including.
but not limited to: plat approval, development plan approval and/or architectural design, lighting, landscaping and
signage approval, etc., (collectively the "Other Approvals"), the foregoing Consent and Joinder in Application shall apply
to the Application and for any Other Approvals sought by the Applicant pertaining to the development of the Real Estate,
The Owner also authorizes the Applicant and the Applicant's employees, engineers, land planners, attorneys, attorney's
omployees and agents, as follows:
I. To file the Application with respect to the Real Estate;
2, To pursue the approval of the Application and Other Approvals, as such may be determined by the
Applicanti and,
3. To act on behalf of the Owner with regard to the Application and Other Approvals.
