We have reviewed the concept plans submitted. to the Hamilton County Surveyor's Office on
January 13, 2006, for this project and have the following eomments:
t. The proposed project falls in the incorporated area of the City ofCa:nnel
2. The proposed project DOES NOT fall in a Carmel Wellhead Protection Zone.
3. The proposed project falls partially in the W.R. Fertig R.egulated Drain
Watershed. This watershed has an allowable release rate ofO.2S em per acre.
4. Please note depending on the final drainage outlet, this site may be required to
comply with the new Hamilton County Stormwater Management Technical
Standards Manual.
S. Please submit complete construction plans, the secondary plat, and drainage
calculations to this office when they become available.
6. The Hamilton County Surveyor's Offi<:e has no objections to the te%0De.
7. Please note that further comments may be necessary at a later date.
