This is a friendly reminder that your info packet is due this Friday, Aug. 12 by Noon.
One (1) hard copy and a digital copy (PDF emailed to me, or uploaded to ProjectDox) of the info packet
Please include the following in your BZA Info Packet:
a) Short memo/letter introducing the project
b) Statement of Variance request (short paragraph explaining what you are asking for)
c) Statement of Support (short paragraph explaining reasons supporting the request, including analysis and comparison
of what is allowed vs. what is proposed)
d) Location Map
e) Reductions of all plans (site plan, aerial photo of site, pergola design details, etc. on 8.5”x11” or 11”x17” size).
f) Page 7 of handout/application – Findings of Fact sheet (question sheet filled out, statements completed)
g) Any other pertinent information for the Board to explain this request (such as neighbor letters/emails of support,
photos of site, HOA approval, etc.).
