Permit Ready, Fees Due, Outstanding Project
Glenn,
The follov.Ting re-inspection fee is due, and should be paid as soon as possible, in order to obtain the
Certificate of Occupancy, which has not been issued:
Permit iF: 05100123; 13750 Spring Mill Blvd. $53.50 due.
Next, the permit for the porch addition at 344 Spring Ridge Court has been reviewed and is ready for
issuance. The cost of that permit is $373.66. We accept payment by check, made payable to the City of
Carmel, or by exact cash amount, for transactions.
You should be aware that this permit is going to be released conditionally, and whomever comes in to
pick up the permit will be required to sign the conditional notice. In preparation for upcoming notice
to builders regarding outstanding permit projects, and as part of our renewed effort to check builder
status prior to release of new permits, we have discovered that the following permit, pulled by your
company, has never had a Final inspection. After discussion with the Building Commissioner, we have
determined that we will release the permit for for the Belcher residence, but hold the final inspection
on that project until the outstanding permit projects are resolved 'ATith our office. The notice that
needs to be signed is a statement to this effect, and that the builder (or his representative) has been
made aware of this condition.
