After reviewing the proposed plans, Vince and Pamela Schneider approve of their plans to
build a pool house attached to the rear of their detached garage on their property located at
4213 W 131st Street, Carmel IN. Keep in mind the architecture of the proposed project must
match the existing structures on their property.
Please keep us abreast on changes that would be a significant impact to the project. Questions
