HomeMy WebLinkAboutOwner ConsentEXHIBIT "C" Owner Consent The undersigned, Conner Prairie Foundation Inc. ("Owner"), is the owner of four (4) parcels of real estate that are identified per the records of the Hamilton County, Indiana Auditor's Office as Tax Parcel Identification Numbers 17-10-24-00-00-001.000; 17-10-23-00-00-001.000; 17-10-23-00-00-001.002; and, 17-10-24-00-00- 001.001 (collectively the "Real Estate"), and the Owner hereby consents to and authorizes Conner Prairie Museum, Inc., ("Applicant") to file an application seeking rezone approval of the Real Estate to a Planned Unit Development before certain bodies of the City of Carmel, including but not limited to, the City of Carmel Plan Commission and City of Carmel Common Council, in order to develop the Real Estate for its intended purposes (the "Application"). In addition, if it is determined that other approvals may be required or deemed necessary for the development of the Real Estate, including but not limited to: plat approval, development plan approval and/or architectural design, lighting, landscaping and signage approval, etc., (collectively the "Other Approvals"), the foregoing Consent shall apply to the Application and for any Other Approvals sought by the Applicant pertaining to the development of the Real Estate. The Owner hereby authorizes the Applicant, its employees, engineers, land planners, attorneys, attorney's employees and agents, as follows: To file the Application with respect to the Real Estate; 2. To pursue the approval of the Application and Other Approvals, as such may be necessary for the development of the Real Estate, and, To act on behalf of the Owner with regard to the Application and Other Approvals.
