THIS PERMIT SERVES AS THE MASTER PERMIT
FOR PLANS AND PAPERWORK FOR BOTH
BUILDINGS IN THIS PROJECT.
Building is basically finished interior,
but demising walls mayor may not be up
during the construction. Each unit will
have hook-ups for water, sewer, and gas
heat. ,.. NOTE: As discussed at the
submittal meeting with J.Blanchard, S.
Lillard, JR. Kendall, and Greg Snelling
if they are going to install the
optional bathrooms and/or gas heater
units (ceiling), and/or electrical in
the demising walls, this must be done
along with the appropriate inspection
points of the building permit, OR THEY
WILL HAVE TO PULL SEPARATE PERMITS, PER
UNIT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THESE
FEATURES. Once the C/O's are issued on
these buildings, if a buyer wants these
installed, they will have to pull a
permit.
Per Blanchard, if the builder adds
demising walls after completion of the
main building structure, as the units
are sold, and these walls have no
electrical or mechanical, they will not
have to obtain a new permit.
NOTE: OWNER'S MAY USE A SECTION OF THEIR
UNIT AS AN OFFICE, BUT PER G.SNELLlNG
AND J.R. KENDALL, THESE WOULD NOT BE
OFFICES THAT WERE 'OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.'

ADDRESS INFORMATION: When address was
assigned, BAkers did not realize there
were TWO buildings. At submittal, it
became apparent that there were 2
structures, as well as sale-able units
within each building. After discussion
between B.Akers, G.Hoyt, S.Lillard, the
north building will have a street
address of: 9815-A Mayflower Park Dr.
The south building will have an address
of: 9815-B Mayflower Park Dr. Units in
the buildings will have alpha-numeric
designation. They will list the building
letter, a dash, then the unit number.
The numbers will start with 1 at the
West end of the buildings, and increase
as you move East. The builder has been
advised as to how to gap over numbers
when a buyer is purchasing more than one
space, and will combine them into one
number.
This permit is valid only if construction commences within one (1) year of the date of \&suance of the State Conunercial Design Release. All construction
must be completed (C/O issued) within two (2) years of the issuance date.
I, the undersigned, agree that any construction, reconstruction, enlargement, relocation, or alteration of a structure, or any change in the use of land or structures
requested by this application will comply with, and conform to, all applicable laws of the State of Indiana, and the ~Zoning Ordinance of Carmel Indiana - 199.1~
(Z- 289) and amendments, adopted under authority of LC 36-7 et seq, General Assembly of the State of Indiana, and all Acts amendatory thereto. I further certify
that only kitchen, bath, and floor drains are connected to the sanitary sewer. 1 further certify that the construction will not be used or occupied until a
Certificate of Occupancy has been issued by the Department of Community Services, Carmel, Indiana.
