I, the undersigned Professional Land Surveyor, hereby certify the Secondary Plat for Gramercy West Section
Two recorded as Instrument No. 2021059979, Plat Cabinet #6, Slide 4146 in the Office of the Recorder for
Hamilton County, Indiana must be corrected. A 5.5' Pedestrian Access Easement (P.A.E.) at the rear of lots 134
& 135 was inadvertently shown on said plat. The pedestrian path is entirely located in C.A. 413 and the P.A.E. is
not necessary on said lots and will be removed from said lots with the recording of this document. The incorrect
and correct drawings are show on page 2 herein.
