On August 21,2001, Mark Stout Development, LLC will present an application for a
~mary Plat for Hazel Dell Pond at Waterstone to Cannel/Clay Township Plan
Commission to permit the development of a Subdivision. In addition. this application
will include a Subdivision Waiver as described within. This site is currently zoned S-2
and is located approximately at the northwest corner of 116st Street and Hazel Dell Road.
The proposed primary plat and subdivision waiver are generally described in the enclosed
petitions, applications, plans and drawings which are more completely described in the
plans on file with the Department of Community Services.
Thank you for your consideration in these matters. We are looking forward to presenting
this project to you on August 21, 2001.
