Petitioner seeks approval to plat a thirty-six lot subdivision on 23.95::l:: acres. The site is
located northwest of East 1 16th Street and Hazel Dell Parkway. The site is zoned S-2
Residential.
The petitioner also seeks approval of the following Subdivision Waiver:
52-01 SW seo 6.3.7 >600' cul-de-sac

As of Thursday July 12 the Department has not received information for distribution to the Plan
Commission members or a copy of information distributed by the applicant.
The Department recommends that this item be tabled. At its discretion, the Plan
Commission may suspend its rules to proceed with further action. This is required due to
the failure of the applicant to provide information for distribution to the Commission
members prior to the meeting. This information was required to be submitted to the
Department by the applicant no later than July 6 for distribution to the Plan Commission
members.
If the Plan Commission suspends its rules to proceed, the Department recommends that
this item be forwarded to the Subdivision Committee on August 7 for further discussion.
