Inc. - Medical Office Building Dear Members of the City of Carmel Plan Commission: On June 20,2006, representatives of REI Real Estate Services, Inc., will appear before you requesting the approval of the Development Plan and Architectural Design, Lighting, and Signage (DP/ADLS) for the establishment ofa Medical Office Building to be located at 11900 North Pennsylvania Street. The western two-thirds of the site are improved with an existing medical pavilion, and the proposed Medical Office Building would be located on the remaining eastern third of the site. The DP/ADLS Petitions also request approval of the landscaping, lighting, signage, and parking areas related to the new Medical Office Building. The Medical Office Building will be a two story structure of approximately 34,000 square feet. The exterior building materials include brick and cast stone.
