REI Real Estate Services. Inc. - Medical Office Building
Dear Members of the City of Carmel Plan Commission:
On June 20,2006, representatives of REI Real Estate Services, Inc., will appear before
you requesting the approval of the Development Plan and Architectural Design, Lighting, and Signage
(DP/ADLS) for the establishment ofa Medical Office Building to be located at 11900 North
Pennsylvania Street. The western two-thirds of the site are improved with an existing medical pavilion,
and the proposed Medical Office Building would be located on the remaining eastern third of the site.
The DP/ADLS Petitions also request approval of the landscaping, lighting, signage, and parking areas
related to the new Medical Office Building.
The Medical Office Building will be a two story structure of approximately 34,000
square feet. The exterior building materials include brick and cast stone. Enclosed for your review are
the following illustrative materials that were recommended for approval by the Special Studies
Committee:
