The Townhomes at City Center
The Townhomes at City Center consists of 41 fee simple townhomes, grouped into 8
buildings. Each building is made up of(2) 24' wide ends unit containing 2050 SF, and
20' wide interior units containing 1700 SF. The three-story design features three
bedrooms, two and half baths, and a two car rear-loaded garage on the ground level. The
finished portion of the ground level may be converted to an additional bedroom suite
complete with full bath.
The design concept is based on historic Georgian Colonial architecture which match the
exterior elements present in the current Carmel City structures. Exterior features such as
limestone accents, hip roofs, and dormer windows have been added to highlight the
Georgian Colonial era.
