Petitioner: Christine Larson: • We have a lovely 50-year-old home,and our children have moved out • I enjoy hosting and entertaining at my home.This would be a hobby. • I received an approval from the Woodland Springs HOA and support from my adjacent neighbors • Our guests would have their own entrance Public Comments:None Department Report: Angie Conn: • The HOA has approved their Airbnb use as long as the homeowners are present when the short-term rentals guests stay,and that there are no more than four(4)guests per rental period. • Per the UDO's direction, Staff cannot be supportive of this residential special exception request Board Comments: Alan Potasnik • I will grant approval for one year,with the adoption of the Petitioner's Findings of Fact Approved 1-0 with the Conditions the Petitioner/Homeowner is present when short term rental guests stay,and that there are no more than four(4)guests per rental period.
