On June 19,2001, Glendale Partners will present an application for an Amended Primary
Plat for Block "G" at West Carmel Center. In addition, this application will include
Subdivision Waivers as described within. West Carmel Center Block "G" is currently
zoned B-5 and is part of the Michigan Road Overlay Zone.
The proposed primary plat and subdivision waivers are generally described in the
enclosed petitions, applications, plans and drawing which are more completely described
in the plans on file with the Department of Community Services.
