Description of Business: State Farm insurance provides insurance sales and service to State Farm
policyholders. The property use will be an agency office for the sales and service team as well as
meeting space to conduct client appointments and insurance reviews. Petitioner looks forward to
enhancing the current residential structure by keeping the residential feel from the street, but
making the inside layout conducive to an office usage. Petitioner will be an owner/occupant of
the property.
Hours of Operation: 9:00am – 6:00pm Mon-Fri, 10am – 1pm Saturdays
Employees: Petitioner will have 3-5 employees on site to start, but hope to grow to 8-10 employees
on site per day. Customer visits are expected to be 10-15 per day even after the employee count
is higher. Customer visits will range from payments (5-10 minute visit) to policy review
appointments (1 hour appointments). This will not be a high traffic operation.
Miscellaneous: Petitioner has one mini-Cooper for the office that will be parked on-site after
hours and on weekends.
