STATEMENT OF USE VARIANCE
To permit an existing sales trailer to remain on the subject lot within the Cherry Creek Estate
Community for a period of no more than two (2) years
STATEMENT OF SUPPORT

The use of a sales trailer will continue to expedite sales and serve as an information center within
the Cherry Creek Estates community due to its location, visibility and accessibility. The sales
trailer is flush with the ground, features professional landscaping and paved parking directly in
front of the office. There are no homeowners living on either side, directly across the street
from, or directly behind the sales trailer.
