The applicant seeks site plan and design approval to develop a new mixed-use building, with
approximately 22,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, 266 apartments, 22 condominiums, and a parking
garage for approximately 582 vehicles. The site is located at 1017 West Main Street. The site is
zoned C-2/Mixed Use District. Filed by Chad James, PE of HWC Engineering on behalf of the
owner, Edward Rose Properties, Inc.
