PZ-2022-00163 V, PZ-2022-00164 V: Moffett Carriage House Variances Dear Mr. Moffett: At the meeting held on Monday, September 26, 2022, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (DSV) requests filed by you for the property located at 340 W. Smoky Row: APPROVED: Moffett Carriage Home Variances: Development Standards Variance approvals for: • Docket No. PZ-2022-00163 V: Minimum 0’ to 10’ Front Yard Building Setback required, 131.5’ granted, and • Docket No. PZ-2022-00164 V: Maximum 20’ Rear Yard Building Setback required, 219.5’ granted. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is September 26, 2025. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
