Re: BZA Docket No. PZ-2022-00133 V: College Park Church Pavilion Height Variance.
Dear Mr. Rodriguez:
At the meeting held on Monday, September 26, 2022, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property
located at 2606 W. 96th Street:
APPROVED with CONDITION: College Park Church Pavilion Height Variance - Development Standards
Variance approval for:
• PZ-2022-00133 V: Maximum 18-ft accessory structure height allowed, 19’ 8-3/4” granted
• CONDITION: The Petitioner addresses all remaining TAC review comments
Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must
have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is September 26,
2025.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
