The basement elevotion, depicted hereon, has been determined
and based upon the pad grades and/or contours token from the
construction plans for this subdivision. Unless stated, no
information about fluctuating water tables, son conditions, or son
twes has been provided or stated on said plans. It is
recommended that the basement finished floor e1evotions be at
teast two feet (2') above the nannal pool elevction of any
adpining bodies of water, unless 0 study of facts reveals
otherwise. If during the excavction process any ground water is
witnessed, The Schneider Corporation should be notified
immediately. The basement elevction should be raised two feet
(2') above the ground water, and additional construction
techniques should be incorporated to alleviate future problems.
Note: Sump pump(s) to be
placed by builder os needed.
