We offer the following comments: 1. The correct street name is "Pennsylvania Street", not Avenue. 2. The petitioner is requested to construct the sidewalk on the West Side of Pennsylvania Street, from the south drive to the north property line. Commercial Curb Cut approval for the Residence Inn and Springhill Suites project was granted by the Board of Public Works and Safety on May 16,2001.
