plans. With the construction ofa basement, it is recommended that
the lowest floor elevalion be constructed at least two (2) feet above
any adjoining bodies of water unless a study of facts reveals
otherwise. Shouid any ground water be wilnessed during the

raised at least two (2}feel above the ground water level and

alleviate future problems.
