2i. Docket N. 69-01 PP; Hayden Run Subdivision
The applicant seeks approval to plat a seventy lot residential subdivision on 44.9 acres.
The site is located on the south side of 13 1st Street approximately one half mile west of
Towne Road. The site is zoned S-lIResidential.
Filed by Dennis Olmstead of Stoeppelwerth & Associates, Inc, for Centex Homes.
The applicant is proposing a 70-lot subdivision under the ROSa III plating requirements of the
Carmel/Clay Subdivision Control Ordinance.
The Committee returns the Primary Plat to the full commission for consideration with favorable
recommendations. The committee made the recommendation subject to the petitioner providing
the information contained within the packet on Hayden Run distributed last Friday.
The Department recommends that the Plan Commission approve the primary plat.
