Docket N. 69-01 PP; Hayden Run Subdivision The applicant seeks approval to plat a seventy lot residential subdivision on 44.9 acres. The site is located on the south side of 131 st Street approximately one half mile west of Towne Road. The site is zoned S-I/Residential. Filed by Dennis Olmstead of Stoeppelwerth & Associates, Inc, for Centex Homes. Comments from commission members at the July 17 Plan Commission meeting included the following: 1. Question as to the path width on the interior of the site and along 131 st Street. 2. The path materials. 3. Desire to see draft of covenants and restrictions. 4. Question as to the minimum and maximum lot sizes. 5. Mr. Kestner wanted to see more specifics on the proposed landscaping. The applicant has provided additional information addressing the concerns/questions raised at the July 1 ih Plan Commission meeting (please see enclosed packet). The Department recommends that after review the committee forward a positive recommendation back to the full Plan Commission. Committee Report 2001-08-7.rtf
