After reviewing your application and the plan you provided, you have been approved to proceed with your new home project at 1008 Laurelwood. We approve vacating the 75ft front yard setback as set forth in the Laurelwood plat, but it must still fall within the Carmel zoning ordinance. The minimum front yard building setback for the S1/residence zoning district is 40-ft.
Please be aware of concerns regarding landscaping around the driveway and be mindful of any drainage issues between you and neighbors.
Therefore, the Homeowners Association Board of Laurelwood permits you to proceed further in your construction plans.
