Sh. Docket N. 69-01 PP; Hayden Run Subdivision
The applicant seeks approval to plat a seventy lot residential subdivision on 44.9 acres.
The site is located on the south side of 131 st Street approximately one half mile west of
Towne Road. The site is zoned S-l/Residential.
Filed by Dennis Olmstead of Stoeppelwerth & Associates, Inc, for Centex Homes.
The applicant is proposing a 70-lot subdivision under the ROSO ill plating requirements ofthe
Carmel/Clay Subdivision Control Ordinance.
Please see the informational packet provided by the applicant to view the layout ofthe lots and
the areas provided to meet the open space requirements. The applicant has made modifications
to the original plan based on comments made by the Department and other T AC members.
The Department is meeting with the applicant on Friday July 13 to address a concern that came
up late in our review. We will make additional comments, if necessary, at the meeting.
The Department recommends that the Plan Commission forward this plat to the
Subdivision Committee for further review.
