cket N. 69-01 PP; Hayden Run Subdivision
The applicant seeks approval to plat a seventy lot residential subdivision on 44.9 acres.
The site is located on the south side of 131 st Street approximately one half mile west of
Towne Road. The site is zoned S-l/Residential.
Filed by Dennis Olmstead of Stoeppelwerth & Associates, Inc, for Centex Homes.
The applicant has submitted a revised Primary Plat layout and open space information (see
attached). The revised layout is in response to working with an adjacent property owner. The
changes appear to be in compliance with the Subdivision Control Ordinance standards. The
Department will review the changes in greater detail and report any conflicts, if necessary, in the
Department Report that will be prepared for the August 7 Committee meetings.
The Department maintains its current recommendation and asks that the Plan Commission
forward this plat to the Subdivision Committee for further review.

Petitioner seeks Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping & Signage approval for an
auto dealership. The site is located northeast of East 96th Street and Keystone Avenue. The
site is zoned B-3/business and is located partially within the SR 431/Keystone Avenue
Overlay Zone.

LLC.
The applicant has provided the commitments regarding the removal of the pole signs and
the dedication of right-of-way to the Department. A copy of the commitment is attached
to this memo.
