The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting May 16, 2006 regarding
the Primary Plat and Subdivision Waiver application for Stafford Lane development located at
4201 East 146th Street, Carmel, Indiana.
APPROVED: Docket Nos. 06020010 Primary Plat (PP) and 06030022 Subdivisions Waiver
(SW) Orientation of Home were approved as revised.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for
permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
