RE: Docket No. PZ-2022-00073 ADLS: Genesis Auto Dealership
Dear Mr. Lawrence,
The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting on June 21, 2022, regarding ADLS approval for
site plan and design approval for a new auto dealership. (This is the anticipated dealership as part of the Napleton
Auxiliary Lot and Detail Center project – Docket No. PZ-2021- 00048 DP/ADLS.) The site is located at 4240 E. 96th
Street. It is zoned B-3/Business District. It is not located within any overlay zone.
APPROVED with Conditions: PZ-2022-00073 ADLS: Genesis Auto Dealership
• The Petitioner addresses all TAC comments through ProjectDox
• Variance approval is granted by the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals regarding number of signs request
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
