(This is the anticipated dealership as part of the Napleton Auxiliary Lot and Detail Center project – Docket No. PZ-2021- 00048 DP/ADLS.) The site is located at 4240 E. 96th Street. It is zoned B-3/Business District. It is not located within any overlay zone. APPROVED with Conditions: PZ-2022-00073 ADLS: Genesis Auto Dealership • The Petitioner addresses all TAC comments through ProjectDox • Variance approval is granted by the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals regarding number of signs request In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
