It looks like we will be able to change the spandrel glass above the entry at
to vision glass. I know this is your preference.
We worked out an arrangement with Office Max to revise the vestibule and ceiling height
inside.
We are working to make this happen. We donlt need to revise the elevations since the
framing does not change.

I spoke to Randy Burke, and checked the DOCS file. I have a stamped signed final landscape plan dated
4-08-05 that does not match the front landscape areas of the landscape submittal for this building. Their
comment that "addition of Office Max doesn't change anything you've seen in the past" is not correct, and
they need to apply for an ADLS amendment if they would like to change the plan, or at least come in and'
talk about mitigation of the landscape areas in front of the stores here.

The fire department is requesting a Knox box for the property. If there is a separat'e
fire sprinkler system intended for this building? If so a meeting will need to be
scheduled to discuss the fire department connection for the sprinkler system.
