CARMEL PLAN COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Plan Commission, ("Commission") meeting on
the 20th day of April, 1993, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 2nd Floor of City
Hall, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a Public Hearing upon an
Application for Primary Plat ("Application") for the 25.00 acre parcel of real estate
commonly known as 12121 N. Springmill Road, Carmel, Indiana ("Real Estate").
The Application is identified as Docket No. 32-93-PP.
The Application requests approval to develop the Real Estate as a single family
residential subdivision containing 44 lots to be known as Springmill Lake, pursuant to
the plans on file with the Department of Community Development (''Plans").
The Application also requests a variance from Section 6.3.3 of the Subdivision
Control Ordinance to permit the elimination of a Stub Street and a variance from Section
6.3.7 of the Subdivision Control Ordinance to permit a cul de sac to exceed 600 feet in
length.
The Real Estate is Zoned S-2 Residence District under the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Carmel. The Real Estate affected by said application is legally described on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the Application, either
in writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned
time and place.
A copy of the Application and Plans are on file for examination at the Office of
