traffic analysis had determined specific
improvements to Springmill Road.

MISCELLANEOUS COMMENTS
AND NOTES: The petitioner has not been able to obtain
additional Right-of-way at the south entrance
and across form both entrances to allow for the
full length installation of the decel lane at the
south entrance and the passing blisters at both
entrances. Therefore, an additional variance of
section 6.3.22 has been advertised for the May
18, 1993, Plan Commission meeting. The
petitioner will address the Plan Commission
regarding proposed process they wish to follow.

RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that this item proceed to the
Subdivision Committee on May 11, 1993, for
further review.
