THOROUGHFARE PLAN ANALYSIS: Springmill Orad is classified as a Collector, the traffic analysis had determined specific improvements to Springmill Road. EXISTING TRAFFIC CONDITIONS: Refer to conclusions of the Traffic Analysis Report. UTILITIES (letters of service): Project falls within the Clay Regional Sewer District and the Indianapolis Water Service areas STORM WATER MANAGEMENT (Drainage Plan): Conceptual Plan on file. SITE VIOLATIONS: Refer to staff TAC COMMENTS: On file PUBLIC COMMENTS: None PLANS Site: On file Landscape: On file Lighting: On file Signage: On file Elevations: Not applicable MISCELLANEOUS COMMENTS AND NOTES: The petitioner has not been able to obtain additional Right-of-way at the south entrance and across form both entrances to allow for the full length installation of the decel lane at the south entrance and the passing blisters at both entrances. Therefore, an additional variance of section 6.3.22 has been advertised for the May 18, 1993, Plan Commission meeting. The petitioner will address the Plan Commission regarding proposed process they wish to follow. STAFF COMMENTS/ RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that this item proceed to the Subdivision Committee on May 11, 1993, for further review.
